Everything Wildflower holds about you is yours. You can take it in two ways: one file with all of it, or the shaped exports below for a particular tool.
Export my data
Go to Settings, then Your data, then Export my data. You get one JSON file (a standard data file). It holds your profile, your settings, your broker accounts, your strategies and the conversations that built them, your indicators and their scripts, your kinds of market and playbooks, your conversations with the assistant, the tests you saved, your orders, fills and trades, your journal, and the activity we have recorded about your account.
Under the button, the same tables are offered one at a time as spreadsheet files. They open straight in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets.
Your broker sign-in is left out. It lives on your own computer, and we do not hold it.
You can take each download once an hour, because building one reads your whole history. If you press it again inside the hour, the screen says how long is left.
Things you deleted that we still hold are in the file too, each marked with the date you deleted it: saved tests and replays deleted from My backtests, and strategies you deleted. They stay until you close your account, when they are deleted with the rest.
Records we keep outside your account, such as usage records, diagnostics and support emails, are not in the file. Email privacy@wildflower.money and we will send them.
Trades
Four formats, so you can take your trades to a tool that expects a certain layout:
- TradeZella, one row per fill, with their own column headings. This is the default.
- TraderVue
- Full, everything Wildflower holds on each trade
- Accounting, laid out for your records and for filing
Pick a range: 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, year to date, or everything. If you set exact dates on the Reports page, those dates show as their own choice and come first. Pick which accounts to include as well. The export covers exactly what the Reports page covers: the same dates, the same accounts, the same trades.
Gross and net in the file
The Full and Accounting files have three money columns for each trade: Gross P&L (before fees), Fees, and Net P&L (gross minus fees). A totals row adds them up the same way. The TradeZella and TraderVue files split the fee across the entry and the exit instead.
Activity
Both Activity tabs export, and both keep your filters: the same accounts, the same dates, the same choices. Trades gives one row per closed trade, with the sentence Wildflower wrote about it and your own tags and notes beside it. Everything else gives the rest of the record: what was considered and skipped, what you did, and what the system and the broker did.
Where to find it
Export my data is in Settings, under Your data. Trade exports are on the Reports page, behind the Export button at the top. The Activity page's two exports are on the Activity page itself. All of them are open to everyone.
What can go wrong
A very large range takes longer to build. If a download does not start, pick a shorter range. If a file cannot be built, the dialog says so and stays open so you can try again. If Export my data says no, you have hit the once-an-hour limit, and the message says how many minutes are left.
